BOZEN CARD included
With the Bolzano Card, our appartment guests can travel throughout South Tyrol on public transport free of charge. They can also take advantage of numerous additional services such as guided tours, events and bonus partners.

CAR PARK AND ARRIVAL
  • For our overnight guests there is the possibility to rent a parking box (limited availability). These parking boxes are located in a PRIVATE garage at Vintler Straße 21, which is only a 3-minute walk away.
  • Surcharge of €18 per day. You can reserve the box with us at: info@bogen.bz.
  • After successful online check-in, we will send you all the necessary information including photos.
  • The parking box can be used from 12.30 pm on the day of arrival and until 12.00 pm on the day of departure.
  • The BOGEN is located in the old town centre of Bolzano, pedestrian zone. Therefore unfortunately no access by car for our guests!

CULINARY DELIGHTS
The award-winning BOGEN Bistro is located on the ground floor of the hotel, where we serve the finest breakfast, Italian home cooking and regional delicacies for lunch and dinner. Regional, wholesome, good! From Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am - 9.30 pm.
Our guests receive a 15% discount on breakfast consumption.

RATES & BOOKING
  • The listed rates include 10% VAT and are per person and night.
  • The tourist tax of € 1,70 per person and night is not included in the rates and must be paid on the spot.
  • We accept credit card payments with Visa or Mastercard, EC cards and cash (cash payment is subject to a 3% discount).
  • Your booking will be effective when we receive your down payment.
  • Cancellation policy: Up to 11 days before arrival, you can cancel your stay free of charge, from 10 to 5 days before arrival we will charge 50% of the total booking price. Cancellation of a reservation within 4 days prior to the date of arrival and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked services.

FURTHER INFORMATION
  • Children up to three years stay at Bogen free of charge. Inform us in advance if you would like to book a crib for the total time of your stay (Euro 15,-).
  • From the age of three, children count as an additional person.
